Utilizing the CX5-14 film, BioProcess Container (BPCÒ) systems offer an animal-derived component free contact surface with low gas permeability and leachables profile. Our unique approach combines well-characterized elements used in stirred tank stainless steel systems with components that offer all the benefits found in single-use bioreactors. The HyClone S.U.M. provides efficient and powerful mixing based on the same single-use mixing system employed by the S.U.B. in volumes up to 1000 L. The S.U.M enables powder hydration for critical sterile solutions and suspensions with single-use benefits.
